You do not have to give us any reason, just simply contact us and obtain a returns authorisation number and then send your glasses back to us. Provided we receive them undamaged and within 21 days we will refund you the cost of your frames and lenses.
For your piece of mind we will refund the full price you paid for the lenses as well as the frame. Some of our competitors only give a credit for Standard Lenses and you will lose the difference in cost between Standard lenses and your choice of more expensive options.
Remember, we want you to be completely satisfied, so call us or email us and let us know if you want to exchange your purchase or simply want to return a pair of glasses for a refund. Plus you have a full 12 month warranty on all lenses and frames.
